BEWO Health & SurgiQ is not a medical institution and does not provide medical services, diagnoses, treatments, or medical advice. The Platform operates solely as an intermediary, connecting users with independent doctors, clinics, and hospitals (“Healthcare Providers”).

All medical and surgical procedures—including elective, cosmetic, and wellness treatments—are performed exclusively by licensed Healthcare Providers, who are fully and independently responsible for their services.

2. No Medical Advice

Information displayed on the Platform, including descriptions of procedures, treatment packages, pricing, or provider profiles, is provided for general informational purposes only and must not be interpreted as medical advice, professional recommendations, or guarantees of treatment outcomes.

Users should consult qualified medical professionals before making any medical decisions.

3. Pricing, Availability, and Service Changes

• Prices shown on the Platform are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Availability of doctors, hospitals, treatment packages, appointment slots, and travel services cannot be guaranteed.
• BEWO Health & SurgiQ is not responsible for delays, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, or changes made by Healthcare Providers or third parties.

Any excluded items or additional medical services required during treatment will be charged directly by the facility, and BEWO Health & SurgiQ holds no responsibility for such costs.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of any information you provide
• Any content you upload or share through the Platform, including via WhatsApp
• Your decision to book, attend, or undergo any treatment
• Downloading materials or engaging with third-party content at your own risk

BEWO Health & SurgiQ is not liable for any damages to your devices or loss of data resulting from downloads or third-party materials.

5. Medical Tourism and Cross-Border Services

For users traveling internationally:

• All treatments are governed by the laws and regulations of the country where the Healthcare Provider operates.
• Any disputes, complications, or claims related to medical procedures must be addressed directly with the Healthcare Provider.
• BEWO Health & SurgiQ bears no liability for cross-border medical or legal issues arising from treatment itself. This does not affect our own data-protection obligations under Azerbaijani law, which are set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Healthcare Provider Responsibility

Healthcare Providers listed on the Platform operate independently. They are solely responsible for:

• Medical consultations
• Diagnoses and treatment plans
• Surgical and non-surgical procedures
• Complications, side effects, or adverse outcomes
• Billing for medical services

BEWO Health & SurgiQ does not supervise, control, or guarantee the performance or quality of any medical procedure.

7. Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and updated information, BEWO Health & SurgiQ:

• Does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Platform
• Is not responsible for any typographical errors, outdated content, or third-party data
• Assumes no liability for omissions or inaccuracies

Users should directly verify all details with the relevant Healthcare Provider before making decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Azerbaijani law, BEWO Health & SurgiQ’s liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the matters below is excluded, except where such damages result from our own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of mandatory Azerbaijani law (including the Law on Personal Data), which cannot be excluded by agreement:

• Use or inability to use the Platform
• Errors, delays, interruptions, or system failures
• Any action, negligence, or omission by Healthcare Providers or third-party vendors
• Medical outcomes, side effects, or complications from treatments
• Travel-related issues, including visas, transportation, or accommodation

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed strictly in accordance with the Platform’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Third-Party Links and Advertisements

The Platform may contain links to external websites, service providers, or advertisements. BEWO Health & SurgiQ:

• Does not endorse, control, or guarantee third-party content
• Is not responsible for availability, accuracy, or safety of third-party services
• Is not liable for any misuse, loss, or unauthorized access to user data by third parties, except to the extent caused by our own failure to meet our data-protection obligations

Users engage with external platforms at their own risk.

10. Personal Data and Privacy

BEWO Health & SurgiQ processes personal information, including health-related information, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data.

We collect information directly from you, including through booking forms on the Website and through WhatsApp, when you choose to use that channel. Medical and sensitive information is collected and shared with Healthcare Providers only with your explicit consent, obtained before any such information is transferred.

Because WhatsApp (Meta) and certain users are located outside Azerbaijan, some data may be processed or transferred across borders as described in our Privacy Policy. 11. No Warranty

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• Error-free or uninterrupted service

12. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes relating to Platform use shall be resolved in the courts of Azerbaijan, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection rules.

13. Acceptance

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You understand BEWO Health & SurgiQ is not a medical provider
• You bear full responsibility for your medical and travel decisions
