BEWO Health & Surgiq understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we have established a clear refund and cancellation policy for our online booking services, consultations, and surgery plans.

Online Consultations and Surgery Plans:

 Full Refund (Cooling-Off Period): You have the right to a full refund within 7 days of booking your online consultation or surgery plan. This “cooling-off period” allows you time to review your decision and ensure BEWO’s services meet your needs.

 Planned Cancellations: If you cancel your online consultation or surgery plan after the 7-day cooling-off period but before your scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of USD100 to cover administrative costs.

Surgery Bookings:

 Deposit Refunds: A deposit will be required to secure your surgery booking. This deposit is refundable if you cancel your surgery within the following timeframe:

• Full Refund: Up to 7-15 days before your surgery date (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Partial Refund: 10% refund if you cancel between [number] and [number] days before your surgery date (excluding weekends and holidays).
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations within [number] days of your surgery date (excluding weekends and holidays).

 Medical Reasons: If you are unable to proceed with surgery due to unforeseen medical reasons documented by a physician, a full refund will be issued, minus any processing fees.

General Exceptions:

 Non-Refundable Fees: Processing fees, surgeon consultation fees (if applicable), and any other non-refundable fees outlined at the time of booking will not be refunded.

 Late Cancellations/No Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled consultation or surgery without prior cancellation following the above guidelines, you will not be eligible for a refund.

BEWO’s Discretion:

BEWO Health & Surgiq reserves the right to consider extenuating circumstances on a case-bycase basis.
